I finally found it, i used to play this a lot when i was a kid on my dads old computer, all the memories are faint and fleeting but nostalgia still hits. I miss being a kid and playing games with my brother all day.

Ive played for years and the most annoying part is trying to figure out what determines if a fairie hits lvl 60 or not. In the past i thought each fairie had a set maximum but my sister also plays and ive gotten max 60s of fairies she cannot and vice versa. Wonder how that is determined...
